No, the CBSE Merit Scholarship Scheme for Single Girl Child to do +2 Studies includes only those girl children whose parents have only one girl child and there is no other siblings.

since you are not the only child of your parent I guess you won't be eligible for taking advantage of CBSE scholarship under Single Girl Child Scheme. The scheme stipulates that it is for those who have only one child and the girl child should have no other siblings.
