Can I get the details to apply for AICTE Scholarship given to Jammu & Kashmir (J & K) students to do degree in other states of India? When is the last date to apply?

Online form and procedure for registration are available at http://www.aicte-india.org/JnKadmissions.html or http://aicte-ik-scholarship.in
Registration starts from 16th July, 2013 and will close on 3rd August, 2013.
