Sir in the newly released advertisement of DST INSPIRE 2013 it is given that for provisional candidates we have to mention 3 names of guides/ institution under whom/which we intend to register phd is that mandatory that we should only register any 1 among those 3?? if we couldn't register among those 3 will our fellowship be cancelled??

Hi i am lakshmi... i have been short listed in final selection in INSPIRE program..but i have not received any confirmation letter in person..i downloaded it from website..my doubt is when will the transaction get start..? so that i can spend something for my project work...
