(a) Ability and capacity to do the assigned work.

(b) Skill and capabilities, i.e., knowledge of various jobs and various operations.

© Personal qualities of the employee and his work habits like dependability, cooperation etc.

(d) Quantity and quality of output.

(e) Supervisory qualities.
