When is the entrance exam scheduled for Calcutta University PhD in Visual Arts for 2011 session? What all dose it consists of?

It is scheduled to be held on Monday, 29.08.2011, (12.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m.). It includes

Aptitude Test (as per NET Paper I) 25 Marks
Multiple Choice Objective Questions on Art in General 25 Marks
One essay type question (on a range of topics related to different specialization) 25 Marks
Interview 25 marks

You will be exempted from the exam if you have already passed UGC / CSIR (JRF) Examinations / NET / SET/ SLET/ M.Phil/ Teacher Fellowship or equivalent examinations. Then you may directly appear for interview.
