Eligibility to apply for BHEL FAEA scholarship

I belong to ST category. I wish to apply for FAEA scholarship. Am I eligible to apply for the scholarship to do Bcom?

Eligibility to apply for BHEL FAEA scholarship:
(i) Students belonging to socially and economically disadvantaged sections in the BPL category
(ii) Students who have passed Class XII from a recognized board in India
(iii) 1st year under-graduate students.
