Is there online option to apply for PG programme in HRM at MDI Gurgaon for 2014 admissions? Or else how can I get the application form to apply for PGPHR at MDI Gurgaon?

The Information Brochure and Application Form are available on cash payment of Rs. 1800/- (for Rs. 6,000/- for Foreign / NRI / PIO applicants) from 16 August 2013 to 15 October 2013 from:
