Recognition to 11 schools withdrawn after surprise checks LUCKNOW: Followed by unexpected visits of secondary education officials and principal secretary of education 11 schools were de-affiliated on account of poor standard of learning. The officials found total irresponsible teaching and school administration. Extremely deplorable quality of education and poor state of functioning are the reasons behind the de-affiliation, says one official. Surprise inspections were carried out at Government Girl's Higher Secondary School, Indiranagar, MKSD Inter College, Nishatganj and Gopidas Lakshaman Das Inter College. Pointing out the uninformed absence of teachers, the officials told the management to cut one day's salary of the errant teachers. The UP Secondary Education Board withdrew recognition to 11 schools of the city for different reasons. The District Inspector Of Schools, Vikas Srivastava, issued orders of withdrawing recognition to these schools. Many of these schools failed to enrol any student for the high school and intermediate examinations. Some of them were reportedly got affiliation to other boards. 1.
