Eligibility
Junior Research Fellowships (JRF)
Must have 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in B.E/ B.Tech( degree in Chem. Engg., Mech. Engg., Agri. Engg., Civil Engg., Biochem. Engg.. Energy Engg. Etc) with a valid GATE score
OR must have 60% marks in M.Sc.( Chemistry, Biochemistry. Biotechnology)(preference will be given to NET qualified candidate).
Age: 28 years.
Senior Research Fellowships (SRF)
ME. M.Tech or equivalent degree in Engineering/Technology (Chem. Engg.. Mech. Engg.. Agri.Engg.. Civil Engg.. Biochem. Engg.. Energy Engg.) with minimum 60% marks
OR MSc. BE. B.Tech with minimum 60% marks and at least two years of post-MSc. BE. BTech. research experience.
Age: 32 years.
Post-Doctoral Fellowship
Ph.D in the field of Renewable Energy or relevant field of science and engineering.

JRF Rs. 16000 PM+HRA
SRF Rs. 18000PM+HRA
PDF Rs.22000 PM +HRA
