I came to know about a scholarship scheme offered by Indian Government for disabled for doing professional courses? What is the income level criterion to be eligible to apply for it?

I think you are asking about Scholarship Scheme (Trust Fund) and Scholarship Scheme (National Fund) offered by Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Govt. of India,through National Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation (NHFDC)
Scholarship Scheme (Trust Fund) is offered to students with disabilities for UG/ PG professional and technical courses from recognized institutions in India.
The prerequisite for the scheme is that monthly income of the beneficiary /parent or guardian should not be more than Rs.25, 000/- (Rs. 3.00 Lakh p.a.) from all sources. Family income includes income of parent/guardian.
Scholarship Scheme (National Fund) is offered to students with disabilities for pursuing higher academic/ professional or technical qualification.
The requisite for availing the scheme is that monthly income of the beneficiary/parent or guardian should not be more than Rs.15,000/- (Rs. 1.80 Lakh p.a.) from all sources.
