I want to pursue my career in MBA field but I am not sure which one to do.
Everybody says, for girl HR and Finance is better option but I don't find both interesting at all.
Pls..pls..pls suggest me any other better option with college.

You can try ITM Institute it offers executive mba programs in various fields. The programs offered are mba with specialization, financial markets, management and healthcare management. It has executive education centre in Delhi. The eligibility for the program is graduate with some years of work experience.

For boys MBA in finance & marketing and for girls MBA in HR is the best option. If you are looking mba school in Ahmadabad then Mudra Institute of Communications is the one of the best college.

Yes you are right most of the companies will hire only girls from top B-school for HR position. Siva Sivani Institute of Management (SSIM) is a Business School located in Secunderabad offers AICTE approved PGDM Programme. The Institute is run by Siva Sivani Group of Educational Institutions which runs the Siva Sivani Public Schools which has completed 50 years since it first launched it's flagship school in 1961.

So I think it is better option for you.

Both of the MBA’s are good, it depends upon which MBA you are willing to do. There may be chances that you may be good in some other stream of MBA than the ones you mentioned. MBA in HR is basically a lot of communication & meeting new people.

According to my personal experience, MBA is a good option but the thing is you need to first identify your skill set and interest before going for an MBA ,Becasue during the second years we need to select our specialization subjects (MAJOR & MINOR "or" DUAL ). This is the most important part of our MBA program from where we choose our exact career path from a MBA . Normally the Options are Marketing,HR,FINANCE,IT,etc.
1.If you are a person need a job without any pressure and interested to lead a calm job profile it is better to go for HR or FINANCE (for both boys & girls)
2.Marketing is only apt for guys who are good in creating relationships , communication and presentation skills and also need an  interest in travelling ,because travelling is a major part of marketing profile
So Expect Marketing ,other specialisation will normally gives an calm and quiet job profile but there will be less pressure and workload when compared with Marketing

It would totally be dependent on your own liking rather than what the scenario is in market. If you are good at something (or rather will be good at something) there will always be opportunities for the same.
There are many roles under HR. We tend to generalize the role of a HR as someone who recruits and maintains the well being of employees. But there are many roles like Strategic HR, HR Analytics etc. within the HR Department which an organization just cannot do away with. There are many more things to be learnt about HR.

According to me there are several streams in MBA . It's depend on your liking but i want to say that Many girls choose HR because in this stream to do less effort.And Finance is just weighted to HR and it is choosen by both Boys and Girls.And on other hand MARKETING is more popular for Boys .boys who have good skill , Knowledge and experience choose them. But we are talking about scope Marketing is better than HR and Fin. And if we are talking about Promotion in Organization Then first off becomes Marketing and HR but in Finance I think no big Promotion...thats all. Thank you.

I would suggest you to join MBA in Finance.
