I want to apply for MCA through NIMCET 2013. Is the admissions made only to NIT Warangal? Can I apply to other institutes on the basis of NIMCET 2013?

NIMCET-2013 is a test for admission into Master of Computer Applications Programme (MCA) offered by 11 participating National Institute of Technology (NITs) at Agartala, Allahabad, Bhopal, Calicut, Durgapur, Jamshedpur, Kurukshetra, Raipur, Surathkal, Tiruchirappalli and Warangal for the year 2013-14. So you may get admissions at any of these institutes based on your score.
