I have completed BTech and want to do Master of Design (MDes) in Product Design & Engineering at IISc (Indian Institute of Science). Is GATE score needed for admission to MDes ar IISc?

You must have a minimum of second class in Bachelorâ€™s degree in Engineering / Technology / Design / Architecture with valid GATE/ CEED scores.

Selection is based on a Design Aptitude Test and interview subsequent to short-listing based on valid GATE / CEED scores.
