I have completed MSc and am waiting for my results. I wish to apply for Phd at CSIR- NML. So how should i fill the application form, in the academic qualifications column?

You may always type in many of the columns, such as "70%" in the marks column and "till 3rd semester and result awaited" in the Evaluation system column. The form allows all kinds of information to be typed that is not given as an option.
