I have completed MTech in Chemical Engineering. Should I need to have NET qualified to apply for CSIR- NML (National Metallurgical Laboratory) Ph. D.?

CSIR-NML (National Metallurgical Laboratory) invites applications for admission to the Ph.D programmes in Engineering from the following categories:
(a) M Tech in Metallurgical / Mineral / Chemical / Mechanical Engg or Materials Science (b) M.Sc Students having NET-JRF or NET Lecturership © Fresh B.Tech or equivalent in the area of Metallurgical / Mineral / Chemical / Mechanical Engg or Materials Science having valid GATE score.
