Direct entry into IPCC of CA course while doing graduation

I am doing my BCom. Can I apply for IPCC (Integrated Professional Competence Course) of ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India?

Students with 55 % and above in UG and PG Commerce courses and 60% and above in other branches will be exempted from taking the entry-level Common Proficiency Test (CPT) of the CA programme. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) decided to allow final-year graduate students to register for the Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC), Stage 2 of the course. Those who register before September 30 can appear in the I PCC exam to be held in May 2013.
