I have completed BE in 2011 with 80% marks. Am I eligible to apply for Short Service Commission (SSC) in Technical Branch at Indian Navy for 2013?

Candidates who has already completed BE/ B. Tech in 2011 or before are not eligible to apply for Indian Navy SSC in Technical/ Executive Branches for engineering students, Jun 2013 session.
