I have completed BSc Nursing and plan to go abroad for further studies. Is there a better course that leads to good career, other than MSc Nursing in the same field?

You have different options. Some of them are:
ONP in UK
IRON in Australia
CAP in New Zealand
CRNE in Canada
Developmental Service Worker (DSW)
Personnel Support Worker (PSW)
MSc in professional practice

Higher education programs are very suitable for those students who have obtained 50% marks in Bachelor of Science degree in nursing are eligible to apply for higher education programs.The higher study programs after B. Sc Nursing degree comprise as:-
1-Master of Science in Nursing
2-Master of Science in OBST and Gyane Nursing
