NRI quota details for BTech admissions at Cochin University
#1
I am doing my +2 in Abu Dhabi and prefer to do BTech at Cochin University? Is there NRI quota? How is the fee structure, if there? Is there entrance test, if applying through NRI quota?

10% of the seats are reserved under NRI quota. You are required to remit Rs. 5000/- in addition to the application fee of Rs. 850 /-. The fee payable is what is applicable for payment category seats. However, the candidate will have to remitt a onetime non-refundable deposit of US$ 5000 or Rs 2,50,000/- (Rupees two lakh fifty thousand only). All applicants under the N.R.I. quota will have to appear for Common Admission Test conducted by CUSAT.
