area of the square = 5*5= 25
volume of the bottle(square)= 350 cubic cm
area of the circle = 1/2 *3.14*3.5*3.5=19.2325
volume of the round bottle = 19.2325*12=231 cubic cm
so the capacity of square bottle will by greater by 119 cu.cm
