CLAT for admission to Private law schools

Is the test scores in CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) will lead to admissions into private law schools also?

Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is an all-India entrance examination conducted by 14 National Law Schools/ Universities for admission to their undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes (LL.B & LL.M). it is not applicable for private college admissions.
