can anybody provide the answers of following questions asked in NET paper III.
1) No matter how much an organization prepare career plans for the employees but at the end of the day it comes down to oppurtunity and chance. Discuss.
2) No doubt 360" degree appraisal is very important but still there is chance of biaseness.Discuss.
3) selection process selects only those persons who are familiar with the process not to those persons who are competent for the job. Discuss.
4) as the time passes the term "industrial relations" are converted into "employee relations".Discuss.
